National Night Out at The Lehman Center

It's America's Night Out Against Crime! The "25th Annual National Night Out" (NNO), a unique crime/drug prevention event sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch (NATW), has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 5, 2008. The Lehman Center in York will be participating with the City of York.

 

NATIONAL NIGHT OUT is designed to:

w Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness;

w Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs;

w Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and

w Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

 

The Lehman Center will be hosting fun and games the evening of August 5th, so be sure to stop by and join us for a great night!

Taste of the Town

Doors Open at 6:00 p.m.

Dinner Begins at 6:30 p.m.

A gathering of the great culinary finds in the New Oxford, Gettysburg, and Hanover areas.  Held at the Nicarry Meetinghouse on the grounds of Cross Keys Village in New Oxford, PA. Click here to see photos from a similar event, this year’s Taste of the Valley in Chambersburg.

 

Tickets are $30.00 per person, and are available for sale at all of our centers.
