The Nicarry Center offers art and child-centered therapy, God’s Closet clothing bank, the Healing Garden Greenhouse, and the Children’s Garden and houses the administrative offices for Children’s Aid Society. Referrals may be made by calling The Nicarry Center at 717-624-4461.

Our Therapists
Courtney Billow, MA is a full-time art therapist at the Nicarry Center. Courtney received her Master’s degree in Art therapy with Specialization in Counseling from Edinboro University in May 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from Shippensburg University in May 2015. Courtney's experiences include working with children, adolescents, and individuals with special needs.
Susie Flaherty, MA, ATR, is a part-time registered art therapist at The Nicarry Center. Susie graduated from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Specialization in Art Therapy in 2016. Her previous experience includes working with adults and children as a mental health counselor/expressive therapist in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Jenell Boyer is a part-time Family Advocate at the Nicarry Center. Jenell received a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Elizabethtown College. She has previous experience providing support coordination services to children with special needs and their families. Jenell currently resides in New Oxford and in her spare time she loves to run, hike, read, play with her kids, and go on vacations with family. |
