Your gifts of items such as art supplies, groceries, and diapers mean we don’t have to buy them and that saves us money – View Our Wish List

Volunteer

We count on our volunteers to help with events, building maintenance, Parent Support Groups, in our nursery, and with special projects. If you have an hour or two to spare and you want to make your community a better place for children to live, complete our Volunteer Application.

Host a Third Party Event

Your church group, your club, or even your family can host an event that benefits one of our centers. Some examples are: the 93 year old who asked that friends and family make donations to Children’s Aid Society instead of giving her presents on her 94th birthday, the sorority that held a pancake breakfast with the proceeds benefiting The Lehman Center, and the church that got its congregation to stuff a van full of paper products, including 4,002 diapers!

Pray for us

The children and families who come to us for help need your prayers as do the volunteers and staff who work to carry out our mission.

Make a gift in honor or in memory of someone who supports children’s services. Make a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary an opportunity to raise funds for Children’s Aid Society by asking for donations instead of gifts.

A legacy gift

Remember Children’s Aid Society in your will, make us the beneficiary of a life insurance policy or trust, or consider an annuity that will provide you with income during your lifetime and benefit children. Gifts to Children’s Aid Society’s endowment funds make sure that your support for helping at-risk children continues after your lifetime. Planned gifts in memory of a loved one are a thoughtful way to continue their legacy for generations to come. Donors who make a planned gift to Children’s Aid Society are recognized for their generosity with membership in Children’s Aid Society’s 1913 Society. Hear Our Story

Invite us to come tell the story of Children’s Aid Society to your congregation, your Sunday School class, or your Elks, Rotary, Kiwanis, or Lions club.
